No problem. We welcome all experience levels. Our Foundations classes are designed for beginners, and Coach Mike provides hands-on instruction to ensure proper form and technique. You will feel confident swinging a bell in no time.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch options at any time. Just let us know before your next billing cycle and we will make the change.
Just yourself. Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all the kettlebells and equipment. Bring water if you want, but we have a water station available.
