Kettlebell Lifting Class

Our classes are dynamic and constantly differing in pace.  We follow the logic of "Low tech, high concept"
You will inevitably learn something, regardless of previous experience.

Kettlebell group class schedule 
  • Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday, 7:15 pm

It is recommended that you attend one 1-hour private or small group lesson prior to your first group class.  

Bodyweight Boot Camp 

  • Saturday, 8:45 am  

These classes are our most beginner-friendly.  The difficulty is easily scaled for novice exercisers but can be equally challenging for advanced students.  These classes are progressively technical; kettlebells are used in these classes but the emphasis is on pace and calisthenics.
